Just got the chance to see published my interview in the British magazine Advanced Photoshop! : D

Digital Artist Cover

One of my pieces was selected to be featured in the British magazine Digital Artist.
What a nice surprise when I saw it this morning in the book store I use to go! :)

She & He

I was invited to collaborate with the mexican independent magazine PICNIC with a pair of spread illustrations. The entry and the exit as they called them for the issue entitled "Seducers". So I decided to draw my own interpretation of a "sexy" woman and a "sexy" man :) This time I tried to explore a bit more stylized treatment in my shapes and I liked it so far!

Runner's World Magazine Illustration

Some weeks ago I was commissioned by Runner's World Magazine to create the cover illustration for their Fall Shoe Guide. The only three rules to create the image:

1) Include a Runner Shoe (not brand specific but definitely recognizable as a running shoe).
2) A descent-sized open area to accommodate the title and info.
3) Reference the issue's season (Fall). So after presenting a few sketch-ideas this is the final result, I'm very pleased with how came out printed!

Mexico's Bicentennial Illustrations

Some time ago I was commissioned by enVIVA Magazine to create a spread illustration for an article commemorating the year of Mexico's Bicentennial. Still waiting for my courtesy copy, probably will never get it since I made the illustrations almost one year ago... Hope you like them! ...and VIVA MEXICO of course!!!

ZUPI Magazine Interview!

Finally I got my copy of Brazilian's magazine ZUPI! They made me an interview to be featured on their 16th issue but was such a big surprise to me when I saw my work on the cover and even the back-cover! :)

a! Diseño Magazine

I was kindly invited to be featured with an interview and a case study for the Nov-Dec issue of Mexican magazine a! Diseño.
The editorial decided to use one of my illustrations for the article in the cover printed within a nice textured paper, I have my copy and it looks great! Si estás en México disponible ahora en cualquier "Sanborns" y ahí puedes checarla!

Born Magazine, an online project in Portland about literary arts and interactive media recently invited me to create the cover for their next issue.

Commissioned illustration for Nexos magazine of American Airlines, this image was created to illustrate an story about getting fired.

Revista Complot

The mexican magazine named Complot commissioned me to do two illustrations for the december-january issue, these pieces were are to illustrate two different stories.
